  • Click on Create an Account

  • Go to email to confirm email from Kroger


  • Click on Community
  • On left side click enroll in Kroger Community Rewards

  • Scroll down click “enroll now” to register/link your Plus Card

  • Enter name & address. Click save changes

  • Enter (NPO) The Union Foundation - Organization ID#84008

  • Select The Union Foundation & Save Changes
